He worked for Sun Alliance and Independent Insurance before founding FWD in November 2000. He works with a range of clients across the UK insurance market and is FCII and FCIM qualified.

Ian has 15 years' experience in developing and delivering strategic public relations programmes for insurers, service providers and organisations operating within the financial services sector. A public relations graduate, Ian joined FWD five years ago after selling the specialist PR agency he founded following time spent as in-house PR manager for a global Lloyd’s insurer.

Adrian has 15 years' experience of PR and public affairs management, four of these with Lloyd's of London. He spent three years as the UK water industry's national spokesman and as a freelance journalist he has written for many national papers including The Sunday Times and Mail on Sunday.

James has worked in the insurance industry for 17 years, six in the life/pensions industry and nine on the general side. James was a manager in the corporate research department of Independent Insurance before becoming the marketing manager of its London Market operation. Martin has worked in the sector for 23 years in a variety of senior management and board roles focusing on strategic marketing and distribution. He spends his time working with clients to help them develop and execute their marketing strategy and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and the Institute of Direct Marketing.

Ian has 20+ years' qualitative and quantitative research experience, gained on the client and agency sides. He established and ran Insurance Research & Strategy for 12 years prior to its acquisition by FWD in 2004. Ian's experience spans projects from both financial services and the general insurance side. He holds an honours business studies degree, and is a full member of the Market Research Society.

Mark has over 25 years marketing and sales experience, specialising in financial services. He has worked in management roles in insurance, credit card and marketing consultancy in the UK, Europe and Asia. His focus is on delivering strategies and plans to FWD clients that draw on best practice thinking and processes and enable clients to take full advantage of their business potential.

Richard has over six years' experience of writing, broadcasting and chairing debates and conferences for the insurance industry, initially with Post Magazine before going on to spend three years as editor of Professional Broking. Richard was awarded the British Insurance Brokers Association Trade news writer of the year award in 2002.

After obtaining a degree in Business Studies with International Finance, Lindsey began a career in Events Management in 1998. With now over nine years' of experience at London-based event agencies, Lindsey has had experience of managing a wide range of large and small events both within the UK and internationally. Joining FWD in 2006 she is managing a portfolio of events from overseas incentives and conferences to City-based dinners and receptions on behalf of our clients.

Bob Cattell is a consultant specialising in copywriting and journalism. He has a lifetime of experience in the financial and personal finance public relations sectors. For many years he was a partner of a PR consultancy that acted for many blue-chip general, life and health insurance clients. He is also a specialist financial copywriter and is the author of two popular series of children's books.

His extensive experience has been developed through working with a wide variety of advertising agencies including CCHM, Bozell Worldwide and Great Circle Marketing. Peter brings the creative disciplines of the West End to financial services communications.

Originally from Poland, Renata Stawicka moved to the UK in 2000, having completed her Masters in Economics at the University of Szczecin.

Whilst studying for her ACCA along with English, Renata has gained experience working at Sterling Accounting, The Qualification and Curriculum Authority and the NHS, before joining the FWD finance team in November 2006. Along with her accountancy qualifications Renata also speaks German and Russian.

Neil is a highly experienced Customer Management (CM) and Marketing expert. He has 18 years FS experience holding a broad range of senior operational and strategic responsibilities. Neil was CRM Programme Manager in the set up and launch of MORE TH>N and was UK Head of Customer Management Strategy across the Personal and Commercial businesses at RSA Group before moving into consultancy in 2005. Neil has worked with B2C & B2B businesses in the UK and internationally. He is experienced in leading and managing all aspects of strategic marketing & CM from detailed diagnostic through to "business as usual" and pragmatic delivery.
